Body found on Formby beach identified

A BODY found on a Merseyside beach has been identified.

David Green, 43, of Formby, was discovered by a passer by on Formby beach last Wednesday.

Merseyside Police were called at just before 1pm.

An inquest was opened at Wirral coroners court and was adjourned until a later date.
