Jane Perry, with Phil Morgan from Formby Methodist Church.
A member of staff from Liverpool Community Health (LCH) NHS Trust went the extra mile to help spread some Christmas cheer amongst patients in Formby.
Jane Perry, a Link Nurse Co-ordinator for Children Out of School, organised for Christmas gifts and food hampers to be delivered to the homes of patients across Sefton.
The presents were all delivered by Jane and other staff members at Formby Clinic on Philips Lane; including Jane Ditchfield, also a Link Nurse for Children Out of School, Alyse Hegarty, Special Needs Health Advisor, and Bev Cashmore, a Health Visitor.
The presents were all kindly donated by The Lions, and the food hampers by Formby Methodist Church, Elbow Lane, and Formby Christian Fellowship on Church Road.
Jane Perry said: “It was fantastic to be able to deliver these gifts to so many of our patients who were struggling this Christmas time.
“A huge thank you to everyone from the local community who donated gifts this year. Patients that we delivered them to were really touched by the gesture, and it’s just been fantastic to see such generosity displayed by the people of Formby.”
