Name: Backyard Scientist (Twisted Indie with an acoustic edge)

Bio: Backyard Scientist formed at the end of summer 2010 after months of discussions about getting a band together. BYS Consists of the duo of Mike Markey and Chris Tuohey (ex pyromaniacs) formed with school friend Andy Gilbert on the drums and the charasmatic Disco Biscuits on bass guitar.

After working none stop and hard on a good handful of their own songs the band are ready to make a name for themselves and show that lightning can strike twice!!!

Experience: All of us are fully experienced with being on stage, we've played a few gigs over in Liverpool since forming and have all gone down a storm gaining us a good following
